Refund Policy

Photos are digital downloads delivered immediately, so purchases are generally final. We will give a full refund, within 30 days of purchase, when:

• the photo is not of you (for example, a bib number was read wrongly);
• the download does not work and we cannot fix it;
• the full-resolution file is materially different from its preview (for example, badly corrupted); or
• you were charged twice for the same photo.

If you bought a single photo and later bought the same photographer's bundle for the same bib, we will refund the single photo on request.

How to ask

Email contact@racefacephotos.com with your order email address and the photo link. We reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the original card through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days. Once an order is refunded its download link stops working.
