What we collect
- Buyers: your email address and order details (what you bought, when, and the amount). Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and never reach our servers.
- Photographers: your name, email address, profile details, sign-in information (email link or Google), and your Stripe Connect account id.
- Race photos: photographers upload photos that show athletes. We read bib numbers from them to group photos by athlete. We do not use facial recognition.
- Technical data: a sign-in session cookie, a cart cookie, and the security data Cloudflare and Cloudflare Turnstile use to block abuse.
How we use it
To run the marketplace: show photos, process orders, send download links and sign-in emails, pay photographers, prevent fraud and answer support requests. We do not sell personal information and we do not show third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, for payments and photographer payouts.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site, stores photos and data, and sends our emails.
- Google, only if you choose to sign in with Google.
- The photographer whose photos you bought, who can see the order.
How long we keep it
Original photos and previews are deleted about 400 days after upload. Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to hide a photo of you, or to access or delete your personal information, by emailing contact@racefacephotos.com. Photographers can edit their profile at any time.
